Journey time is estimated on the basis of a 100% battery charge on departure, a minimum of 15% during the journey and 10% on arrival. The estimate also takes into account the stopping time required to charge the vehicle, road topography, average speed and a constant outside temperature of 15C°. This is an estimate and may vary according to actual driving conditions. The charging stations listed on this map are provided for information purposes, based on data supplied by our partners, to help you visualise yourvehicle's range and charging possibilities on a given route. download or log in to your My Renault app
Enter the identification number (VIN) found on your Renault E-Tech electric’s registration certificate. Then go to the “Charging on the road” section in the “Account” section of your My Renault app.
receive Plug Inn charge pass on delivery of your vehicle
Receive your Plug Inn charge pass free of charge in the retailer on the day that your electric vehicle is delivered. You can also order it free of charge via your My Renault app.
5 steps to activate Plug Inn charge pass:
Your retailer will help you activate your Plug Inn charge pass on the day that it is delivered.
1. Go to the “my account” menu of your My Renault app.
2. Click on “Charging on the move”.
3. Click on “activate a Plug Inn charge pass”.
4. Enter the code on the back of your Plug Inn charge pass card.
5. Enter the details of your bank card.
You are now ready to charge your vehicle wherever the road takes you⁽⁵⁾.
